DIY Lace Shorts

Hey Guys Its Adri!

I want to show you a quick easy way to jazz up your shorts and make them a bit longer at the same time! This is a No sew method....mainly because I was being lazy LOL. However if you have a knack for sewing you could do that instead of using fabric glue...like me!

What you will need
Old pair of shorts
Fabric glue or needle & thread
One or two yards of lace depending.

Step One
Pick a pair of shorts you want to add the lace to and pick what color/kind of lace you want to use ( I used black lace that I got at a thrift store this is just an example.)

Step Two
Measure the lace to fit the circumference of the inside of the shorts and glue/sew. I let the lace overlap a bit on the inner thigh part of the shorts just to make sure I used enough lace. I also used bobby pins to hold the glue in place for an hour to let it dry.

Step Three
After letting the glue dry or your done sewing this is what you shorts should look like.

Step Four
Rock your cute newly Re-Vamped shorts! I wear these all the time and get loads of compliments.

If you try it out and let me know how it goes.
XOXO

A little about me....

My name is Adriana...Adri for short....Well...I have just made an extreme move from a large city full of fashion and events to a small town that doesn't have much..ha! It was a hard adjustment at first...no Cheesecake Factory, Forever21, Hot Dog On A Stick, In and Out...the list goes on. Tear..

...But it's not all bad here...in fact I really like it! Don't get me wrong at first I was loosing my mind! Going Forever21 cold turkey is harsh! However I have really been able to develop my own style and not just what the mainstream is wearing. I love all things art! My fashion style is a mix of Clint Eastwood, Jonny Depp, and Shakira. I can't wait to share my thoughts and fashion with you guys.

Love,
Adri
